Giada has generously shared her knowledge of setting up a business and made it accessible to other people. She has a grounding, practical and common sense approach that makes you feel like anything is possible. This is only one string to Giadas bow and I look forward to working more with her in 2026 in her mentorship program ❤️

  • What is coaching at She Kneads?

She Kneads Coaching is present and forward-focused work. We start with where you are right now — what is working, what is not, what feels stuck — and we move toward where you actually want to be. That means looking at your mindset, your values, your beliefs, and the patterns that might be keeping you in the same place. It is practical, it is honest, and it moves. This is not therapy or counselling, so it does not prioritise past wounds or trauma — that is a different kind of work entirely, and I have a lot of respect for it. What coaching does generally is work with who you are now and what you are building next.

  • Who is coaching a good fit for?

Women who are in a reasonably good place but feel like something is missing or not quite aligned.

Maybe you are at a crossroads and you cannot figure out which direction to take.

Maybe you know what you want but something keeps getting in the way of actually going for it.

Maybe you just need someone in your corner who will ask the right questions and help you think clearly.

If you are future-focused, ready to look honestly at what is holding you back, and open to shifting your perspective — coaching is probably right for you.

If you are working through deep past pain or trauma, I would genuinely encourage you toward a counsellor or psychotherapist who specialises in that.

Both paths are valid. This one is for women who are ready to move forward.

  • What does a coaching session actually look like?

We meet one-to-one on Zoom. We begin with understanding your intention for the session, then go into a grounding exercise. From there we discuss what's going well, and what's not. Then based on what's coming up, we dig deeper to ultimately discover beliefs that are not serving you, emotions keeping you stuck or overwhelmed, or discover ways to pivot and shift from where you are now into where you want to go.

I use Zoom's AI companion to take notes during our session, so I can stay fully present in the conversation rather than trying to capture everything as we go along.

After the session, I send you a follow-up email with a summary of what we covered and a clear set of action steps to take forward. It is designed to be a complete experience — not just the hour together, but the clarity and direction that comes out of it.

  • What kind of things do people bring to coaching?

All sorts. Wanting to pivot professionally but not knowing where to start. Feeling stuck in a loop and not being able to identify why. Working through a values conflict — what they thought they wanted versus what actually matters to them. Needing to make a big decision and wanting space to think it through with someone who will push back thoughtfully. Getting unstuck around confidence, visibility, or putting themselves out there. If it is forward-facing — where do I want to go and how do I get there — it is fair game.

  • Is this different from therapy or counselling?

Yes, and the distinction matters. Coaching is not therapy. We do not explore your past, unpack childhood wounds, or work through trauma. That is meaningful, important work — it is just not what coaching is. Coaching looks at where you are now and focuses on what you want to create going forward. It is about mindset shifts, clarifying your values, changing the story you are telling yourself, and taking action. Think of it as a structured, supported space for growth — not a therapeutic process. If you are unsure which kind of support is right for you, feel free to get in touch and we can talk it through honestly.

  • How much does coaching cost, and how long are sessions?

A 30-minute session is €50. A 60-minute session is €80. All sessions are held online via Zoom. Coaching is offered on a one-to-one basis — group coaching is a separate offering within the She Kneads Business Network.

  • What is the She Kneads Business Network?

The She Kneads Business Network — SKBN — is a sisterhood-style circle for women who are building businesses. Not a networking event. Not a masterclass. A real, high-trust space where women come together around the rhythms of the New Moon and Full Moon each month to share what they are starting, what they are celebrating, and where they are struggling — and to do actual work on their businesses in community with others.

We meet twice a month, online, for 60 to 90 minutes. The format is structured, the space is confidential, and the growth work is real.

  • Who is SKBN for?

Women who are building something — a product, a service, a practice, a brand — and who want to do it alongside other women who understand that the inner work and the outer work are inseparable.

You do not need to be at a particular stage. You might be just starting out or you might have been in business for years. What matters is that you are committed, you are showing up for yourself, and you are willing to support others in doing the same.

If you are looking for a transactional network where you swap business cards and pitch to each other, this is not the right fit. If you want a community that actually holds you, this might be exactly it.

  • I am not a therapist or wellness practitioner. Can I still join?

Absolutely. SKBN is ultimately for women in business. Your business does not need to be in the wellness or therapy space. What matters is that you are building something and that you want to grow — not just your revenue, but yourself. The circle draws women from all kinds of industries and backgrounds, and that breadth is part of what makes it rich.
