At She Kneads, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients while also maintaining a fair and consistent policy to ensure the availability of our services.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of €30.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a charge equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled for a second time in a row may be subject to a fee of €30 or equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.

2. No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show."
No-shows will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but arriving late for your appointment may limit the time available for your massage. In such cases, your session may still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full amount.

4. Cancellation Fee:

Cancellation fees are designed to compensate our therapists for the time reserved for your appointment.
The cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file or may be required to be paid before scheduling future appointments.

5. Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

6. Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of She Kneads on a case-by-case basis.
